Receiving Reiki

  Reiki for Yourself

Come experience the realm of the energetic body. Whether for relaxation or intensive healing on the physical, emotional, or mental planes, Reiki will move you into a state of greater harmony and ease with yourself.

In a quiet setting with gentle lighting and music, you will receive from the Universe that which is uniquely suited to what you desire to receive in the session. This can result in the lessening or total release of the root cause of whatever you wish to address - be it something physical or something emotional-mental in nature.

Whether you're looking to release the blocks to a riding movement or to alleviate show nerves, or you're wanting to get rid of the patterns holding your back in work or in life, Reiki can assist you.

As the recipient of Reiki, you are entirely in control of how deep the session goes. Your timing is strictly honored. As Reiki is the Universal Energy, there is no frequency not accessible through Reiki, yet because Reiki is Universal Energy, it will also only come in at the strength and frequency which your are capable of bringing in.

There are different approaches to doing Reiki. When Reiki was practiced by Dr. Usui in Japan, people would move into a Reiki house and receive Reiki from a team of Reiki practitioners on a daily basis for an entire month. Currently, many people use Reiki on an as-needed schedule, while others use Reiki pro-actively and go for sessions regularly.

If you are using Reiki to address a specific situation, it can be very effective to schedule two or three sessions very close together at the beginning.

  Reiki for Your Horse or Companion

And why not share Reiki with your horse, dog, or cat? Or your bird or fish? Or any companion animal. These animals give so much - wouldn't you like to give them treat?

While animals are closer to the Universal Energy, they do often carry our complaints for us, and they also contend with the occasional mishaps of animal life.

For the riding mount, Reiki can release tensions, such as those from habitual inefficient movement and resistances. It can also release the mental and emotional resistances that can prevent forward movement in the ring and in the training in general.

For companion animals, Reiki can assist with all manner of conditions.

Since Reiki is working at the energetic level, it can be beneficial in many different situations.

Attuning to Reiki

  Attuning to Reiki for Yourself, Your Horse, or Companion

Wouldn't you love to have Reiki at your fingertips? Literally! You could provide Reiki for yourself and for those you love - your friends, your horse, or for any of your companions. You could bring greater relaxation, love, and peace to those who matter most to you by attuning to Reiki.

Who's this for?

The process for learning to provide Reiki is one which any interested person can begin. The attunement process allows you to receive the Reiki, while the class material covers the nuts and bolts of giving a Reiki session - both on the physical and energetic planes.

Classes are available for those who wish to provide to people and for those who wish to provide to animals. Classes focusing on people meet in Austin at the office. Classes focusing on horses, dogs, and companion animals meet in Georgetown at Satori Stables.

What's the progression of learning?

  You'll begin with Level I Reiki, which will allow you to channel energy locally to yourself and your companions, and work primarily on the physical level. This level is a wonderful adjunct to any other physical healing modality you may already possess - whether it's massage, cranial sacral, or perhaps polarity, the attunements will assist you with developing a greater healing capability.

  After a period of three months, you can move on to Level II Reiki. During this class you'll learn how to channel energy long distance - to people on the other side of the world, even, and to release the knots of energy that can accumulate at the mental and emotional level.

  At Level III Reiki, you'll receive the final attunement and move into a greater level of awareness. This will also cover a review of all the previous techniques to ground the information solidly so that you can move into a fully professional role.

  Or, if you're interested in passing on this ability to others, you can take the Master Reiki after the Level II Reiki. In both the Level III and Master levels you'll receive the same attunement; however, in the Master level, you will receive the information necessary to pass the attunements to others. The path of the Master requires greater commitment than the path of the Level III Reiki Practitioner.
