What is Resonance Repatterning®?

Resonance Repatterning is a way to 'accentuate the positive  and eliminate the negative.'  It's a way to get going in the 'right' direction and keep going in that direction! In more tech-y terms, it's a unique process for creating resonance with life-enhancing patterns.  

The patterns can be patterns of thoughts, patterns of action or behavior, or patterns of interaction with others.  (Which just about encompasses everything!)  Creating resonance with life-enhancing patterns allows you to move forward in life and let whatever's holding you back or messing you up drop away and quit snagging you into a downward spiral.  Without the drag, you're able to soar ever upward in the spiral of life.

In a pilot research study conducted in 2004, 95% of the responding clients reported feeling "better to a lot better" after their Resonance Repatterning sessions.

In a session, muscle checking is used to check with your autonomic nervous system to determine which element of a repatterning is pertinent at that time. 

There are six elements to a session: orientation, problem identification, intention identification, pattern repatterning, modalities, and wrapping up.  Each step within those elements is also checked with your system.  (How do we do that?  click here for more info....)  The net is that the session is uniquely tailored to whatever you wanted to address. 

Many people express amazement when the muscle checking tool identifies life issues the practitioner could not have known about.
