Along with such change, we often become more acutely aware of our
regrets. Have there been any for you? By simply acknowledging our
regrets, we come into stronger coherence and integrity. We accept
ourselves for who we are, and in so doing, we allow our inherent wisdom to
begin our healing.
With this session, if there are any regrets that have come up for you in this
series, you could name them, if you like, so that the sense of regret can be
further reduced.
As with all interactive areas in the series, you are welcome to submit statements which reflect your personal
experience. When the session is being done, those statements which
accurately reflect the energy of the group will be used anonymously, allowing us
all to shift to greater harmony and unification.
If there's anything you feel a great appreciation for, naming this also
allows you to come into greater coherence with yourself.
