3 Seats

What rider does:

cycle through:

light seat, 4 strides
going to sitting, 4 strides  
sitting, only as long as you can follow the horse
posting, 4 strides

What rider uses for feedback:

It will feel totally sloppy when you first start doing this.
eventually you will find the sides of the horse and it'll feel great.

What horse does:

becomes lighter and more balanced, more free and forward moving.

Awareness

Shake out w/ Legs (Hands hold up and shake legs)
Forward Bending Triangle w/ heals out
Downward Facing Dog w/ heals out
On the back, stretching the leg away from the body; getting separation in the hip socket.
trace legs with foot
circles at knee and heel (can be done on horse, also)
