What rider does:
cycle through:
 | light seat, 4 strides |
 | going to sitting, 4 strides |
 | sitting, only as long as you can follow the horse |
 | posting, 4 strides |
What rider uses for feedback:
 | It will feel totally sloppy when you first start doing this. |
 | eventually you will find the sides of the horse and it'll feel great. |
What horse does:
 | becomes lighter and more balanced, more free and forward moving. |
Awareness
 | Shake out w/ Legs (Hands hold up and shake legs) |
 | Forward Bending Triangle w/ heals out |
 | Downward Facing Dog w/ heals out |
 | On the back, stretching the leg away from the body; getting separation in
the hip socket. |
