Very often I am asked, 'How does this all work?'

Perhaps, surprisingly, the answer to that is the same for the question 'How does gravity work?'

The answer to both of these questions is, 'Truthfully, we don't really know how this works.  We observe it works, and that's all we've got!'

To get comfortable with this idea, there's a movie and a few books out on the market which you may find interesting.

  1. What the Bleep Do We Know!?    a movie worthy of any PBS station starring Marlee Matlin and featuring many noted physicists, philosophers, and other thinkers of our time that visually presents the concept that our beliefs govern the reality we experience.
  2. The Holographic Universe  - by Michael Talbot; discusses many of the phenomenon known to science for several decades supporting the notion that it is possible to have accurate access to vast realms of knowledge and awareness beyond what would 'make sense.'
  3. The Field  -The Quest for the Secret Force of the Universe by Lynne McTaggart has even more recent a-ha's from the scientific world
  4. Energy Medicine, the Scientific Basis by James Oschman  Provides fascinating historical perspective along with current information about the energy field generated by the flow of blood in the body and its relationship to scalar waves.  This is very thorough, solid, sometimes heavy going.  If you really want to understand, study here!
  5. The Biology Of Belief: Unleashing The Power Of Consciousness, Matter And Miracles by Bruce Lipton.  Discusses some of the mechanics of how our beliefs effect our chemistry and how that affects the physiology we create to interact with our environment.
  6. Molecules of Emotion by Candice Pert - the break through work that connected specific emotions with specific bio-chemical processes

If you want to read about this in a more relaxed manner, here's some fiction books!

  3. One   & The Bridge Across Forever : A Love story  by Richard Bach   - further explorations into how we create our own realities.
